Enquiries, bookings and business communication
When you contact us by email, we process your sender address, the details you provide about yourself or your organisation, and your message. We use this to respond, assess possible collaboration and take steps you request before a potential contract.
Our booking link uses TidyCal. A booking may include your name, email, time, company, website, stated goal and discussion areas. We use these to confirm and prepare for a meeting. TidyCal processes submitted data under its privacy policy.
AutoMarketar CRM, based on HighLevel, records enquiries and helps prepare collaboration. Booking names, emails, times and answers are transferred server-side from TidyCal to our CRM. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing or depend on analytics consent. Providers may process data outside Serbia.
Sample audit
The English sample is a public HTML example. Viewing it does not require an email address. Requests about a paid audit are business enquiries.
Hosting and technical data
Vercel hosts the site. Infrastructure may temporarily process an IP address, time, requested URL and technical browser data to deliver the site, maintain security and detect misuse. TidyCal may use technical data and necessary local storage to display availability and complete a booking.
Clutch profile
When publicly available, our footer displays a Clutch profile widget. Its content loads from Clutch, which may process technical information needed to deliver the widget. See Clutch’s privacy policy.
Analytics and your choice
With consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for visits, sources and completed bookings. Analytics scripts do not load before consent. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the site or booking.
Google receives device, browser, page and interaction data with pseudonymous identifiers. We do not include names, emails, form answers or booking IDs in analytics events. Processing may occur outside Serbia. See Google’s privacy policy.
With the same consent, Microsoft Clarity provides click and scroll maps and interaction recordings. Strict text masking is enabled; form inputs are not used for analytics. Clarity may process technical and interaction data outside Serbia. See Microsoft’s privacy statement. Cookies _clck and _clsk connect visits and sessions.
Your choice is stored in browser local storage under sygnific-consent-v2 for up to 180 days. The _ga and _ga_57Y64GL37T cookies are configured for up to 180 days. A session may store an already measured booking ID to prevent duplicate counting; it is not sent to Google. Marketing tags are inactive. Choices on the two domains are independent.
Change or withdraw consent through . Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes accessible analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already processed.
Retention and recipients
We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage collaboration and protect legal interests, subject to applicable retention requirements. Infrastructure and communication providers process data to perform their service. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Email kontakt@sygnific.rs. You may also contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes
