From a finding to a decision.

An illustrative audit structure: what we check, how we document it and how the evidence becomes an implementation plan.

Illustrative example

This demonstrates our reporting method. It is not a completed audit of your website. The examples are hypotheses and acceptance criteria, not measured client results or a growth forecast.

01 / Business context and measurement

Start with the market, language, priority services and buying decision. Agree on a qualified enquiry: for example, a relevant organisation, a suitable project and a realistic next step. Check how that status is captured in analytics or the CRM.

02 / Evidence register

Content and entitiesService facts, author identity, evidence, relationships and structured data.Does the page give a clear and verifiable answer?
Conversion and measurementThe user journey, CTA destination, form behaviour and lead qualification. Can an interested visitor take a relevant next step, and can it be evaluated?

03 / Example recommendation

Hypothesis: a priority service page does not explain the scope, deliverables or what happens after an enquiry. Search traffic alone would not establish this as the cause of weak lead quality.

Investigation: review the page, relevant search intent, form entries and the sales team’s questions. Record observations and missing inputs.

Proposed change: clarify the service, suitable client, process, deliverables and next step. Add accurate Service structured data and relevant links from the service hub and expertise pages.

Acceptance criteria: the visible offer and structured data agree; the CTA reaches the promised destination; the form works on mobile; canonical and indexability are correct; relevant enquiries can be reviewed over an agreed period.

04 / Prioritisation

Assess business relevance, evidence, dependencies and effort. An inaccessible revenue page may deserve immediate attention. An untested idea requires research before production. P1, P2 and P3 are implementation labels, not Google ranking signals.

05 / A practical 90-day sequence

  1. Days 1–30: agree on a baseline, resolve verified access or measurement problems and improve the priority service journey.
  2. Days 31–60: implement priority content, internal links and conversion changes after expert review.
  3. Days 61–90: repeat the checks, review qualified enquiries and decide what to continue, change or stop.

06 / The final report

A scoped inventory, evidence register, explained findings, ordered recommendations, owners, dependencies, acceptance criteria and review plan. Estimates and unknowns remain visible. Results are measured after implementation rather than invented in the diagnosis.
